Academy Course
The Junior Academy offers a structured introduction to golf for young players aged 6 to 18, combining technical foundations with a growing understanding of the game itself. Under the guidance of Head Coach Greg McDonald, sessions focus on developing coordination, basic technique and on-course awareness, within an environment that encourages both concentration and enjoyment.
Progression is gradual and age-appropriate, allowing players to build confidence, consistency and familiarity with the game over time, while respecting each stage of development.

Training Facilities
Driving Range
The 240-metre-long driving range features 40 hitting positions on natural grass tees across the North and South tees. With nearby parking and restroom facilities, it offers a convenient and comfortable practice experience for all golfers.
Short Game Areas
During the peak golf season, the Practice Area is transformed into three dedicated short game areas, ideal for group lessons with golf professionals. These areas include chipping and pitching zones, as well as two putting greens.

Improve your golf with Greg McDonald, an experienced golf professional with more than 35 years in the game and a career spanning competitive golf and professional coaching.
A founding member of the South African PGA and Sunshine Tour, Greg competed on both the Sunshine and Portuguese Tours before spending 26 years as a Head Professional at prestigious clubs in Pretoria and Cape Town. His extensive experience has given him a deep understanding of the game and of what it takes to help golfers develop their skills.
Greg works with players of all levels, from those taking their first steps in golf to experienced players looking to improve their performance. His approach combines technical knowledge with a clear, accessible teaching style, creating a positive environment where progress and enjoyment of the game go hand in hand.
